Turning Solidarity into Support

Aid for the rebels

About Us

Every social movement is fueled by a profound drive for justice and reform, but the path to progress often encounters unforeseen challenges, including both the physical and emotional toll on those who stand up for their beliefs.

Bangla BlockAid is an initiative designed to provide essential supports including medical, emotional support, and rehabilitation services to the rebels and their families. With your help, we can turn critical moments into chances for healing and empowerment, ensuring that every person fighting for justice receives the respect and support they are entitled to.

Our aim

To offer support and solidarity to the individuals who got affected by the protests. Seeing how hard things were for those affected, we realized there was a big lack of support. The financial burden of medical care, recovery and the post traumatic stress can be way too much for many. Motivated by a sense of justice and solidarity, a group of friends ,came together to aid the rebels.

August Flood 24

In July 2024, Bangladesh witnessed an extraordinary rise in student activism, as young people actively took to the streets, advocating for societal reforms and justice. These protests were a definitive call for change and accountability. Just as these voices were gaining traction, the country was hit by a severe flood in August 2024,creating an immediate humanitarian emergency.

For 1000 affected flood victims in Sonagaji/Feni, we have contributed for dry foods, saline, clean water, medicines and belt sanitary napkins. Clothes have been collected for children and adults.

In response to this crisis, Bangla BlockAid has chosen to prioritize providing emergency aid and support to those affected by the floods. We have teamed up with a group from Dhaka University Chinese Department, Making a difference Foundation and for animal care and treatment- Animal Rights of Bangladesh.

Help us help the volunteers. Together, we can make a significant difference and support those who are working to rebuild their lives.
